Conditions of participation for raffles on Instagram
1. The organizer of the raffles is Solunière - Yvonne Kuzminska, Postweg 19b, 76187 Karlsruhe, Germany ("Solunière"). The raffle is not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Facebook or Instagram. Facebook is excluded from any liability. The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not Facebook or Instagram but Solunière. The information provided will be used solely for the raffle.
2. Eligible to participate are all legally competent, natural persons with a residence in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. Anyone under 16 years of age must coordinate participation with their parents.
3. on Instagram, participation takes place by following the accounts @soluniere, liking and commenting on the post. Participation in the raffle is free of charge. Each participant may only participate once. The participation in the raffle is independent of the purchase of goods. Participation via raffle organizers or other commercial service providers is excluded. In case of a violation of these terms and conditions, Solunière reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition and, if necessary, to withdraw and/or reclaim any prizes.
4. The winner(s) will be drawn at random from all participants on Instagram.
The prize is non-transferable and excluded from exchange and refund. The journey will not be covered. A cash payment of the respective prize or any claims for compensation are not possible. The prize will be sent to the winner by mail.
5. Solunière stores your personal data exclusively for the purpose of determining the prize. Furthermore, Solunière is also obligated to treat the data in accordance with this privacy policy and the applicable legal situation.
6. The legal process is excluded.
7. Solunière reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time without prior notice for good cause. In case of a cancellation for cause, Solunière will inform the participants immediately. A termination for cause may occur in particular if for technical reasons a proper execution of the promotion can no longer be guaranteed. Solunière does not assume any liability for lost opportunities to participate due to technical connection problems or similar.
